ഇംപാക്റ്റ് കേരള : തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ KIIFB പദ്ധതികൾക്കായുള്ള സ്പെഷ്യൽ പർപ്പസ് വെഹിക്കിൾ  

         തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ മേഖലയിലെ പ്രധാന അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യ പദ്ധതികൾ നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതിനായി, സ്പെഷ്യൽ പർപ്പസ് വെഹിക്കിളായ ഇംപാക്റ്റ് കേരള ലിമിറ്റഡ് (ഇൻവെസ്റ്റ്മെന്റ് ഇൻ മുനിസിപ്പൽ ആൻഡ് പഞ്ചായത്ത് അസറ്റ് ക്രിയേഷൻ ഫോർ ട്രാൻസ്ഫോർമേഷൻ കേരള ലിമിറ്റഡ്) രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ഉത്തരവ് സർക്കാർ അംഗീകരിച്ചു. CIN: U75100KL2017SGC0513339, GO (Rt) No. 3234/2017/LSGD dt 06/10/2017 പ്രകാരം ഒരു പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് കമ്പനിയായി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒരു കോടി രൂപയുടെ പ്രാരംഭ അംഗീകൃത മൂലധനവും 10 ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ പണമടച്ച മൂലധനവുമായി കമ്പനി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

 

പ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ

  1. ആരോഗ്യ, പാരിസ്ഥിതിക വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ വിട്ടുവീഴ്ച ചെയ്യാതെ വികസന സംരംഭങ്ങളിൽ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച്, കേരള സംസ്ഥാനത്തുടനീളമുള്ള നിവാസികളുടെ ജീവിത നിലവാരം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള പദ്ധതികൾ, സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ, നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ നടപ്പിലാക്കുക.

  2. കമ്പനിയോ കേരള സംസ്ഥാനത്തിലെ തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളോ നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പദ്ധതികൾ വികസിപ്പിക്കുക.

  3. തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കോ ​​മറ്റ് പൊതു ഏജൻസികൾക്കോ ​​വേണ്ടി കേരള സംസ്ഥാനത്തുടനീളമുള്ള വികസന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്കായി ഫണ്ട് കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിനും ചെലവഴിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ഒരു ഏജൻസിയായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുക.

 

കേരള ഇൻഫ്രാസ്ട്രക്ചർ ഇൻവെസ്റ്റ്മെന്റ് ഫണ്ട് ബോർഡ് (KIIFB)

       KIIFB came into existence on 11.11.1999 under the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Act 1999 (Act 4 of 2000) to manage the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund. The main intention of the Fund is to provide investment for critical and large infrastructure projects in the State of Kerala. Comprehensive modification of the Act and Scheme has been made through an amendment Ordinance in August 2016. With new strategy and structure, KIIFB aims to dynamically mobilise funds for the infrastructure development of Kerala. This also includes major land acquisition needs of the State:  KIIFB have recourse to the advanced financial instruments approved by SEBI and RBI and is expecting an upspring of sustainable infrastructure development of the State. 

 

Infrastructure Development Projects under KIIFB Assistance.

  1.   Establishing of Modern Abattoirs ( Rs. 100 Cr. )
  2.   Establishing of Modern  Gas Fired Crematoriums ( Rs.100 Cr.)
  3.   Establishment of Modern Markets ( Rs.100 Cr.)
  4.   Building for new Municipalities ( Rs.100 Cr.)
  5.   Establishing Septage Treatment Plants ( Rs.150 Cr. )

 

Rebuild Kerala Initiative (RKI)

Infrastructure Development Projects under RKI Assistance.

  1.   Establishing Septage Treatment Plants
